Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply to PITWALL (“PITWALL”, “we”), the F1 replay and analysis wall at this website. By using it or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use PITWALL.

1. What PITWALL is

PITWALL is an unofficial project. It is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies. F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, GRAND PRIX and related marks are trade marks of Formula One Licensing B.V. Timing and telemetry shown here come from publicly available sources and may contain errors or gaps.

2. Your account

You can use the replay without an account. An account (Discord or email and password) only adds saving your window layout and settings to our server so they follow you between devices. You are responsible for keeping your password and your email or Discord account safe, and for what happens under your account. You must give us a real email address you control. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or bypass its limits, no automated mass downloading of data, no using it to harm others, and no reselling it as your own product. We may limit or suspend access, or close an account, if the service or other people are put at risk.

4. Our content and yours

The PITWALL software, design and our own analysis belong to us. Data and marks of third parties belong to their owners. The settings you save (layouts, pinned drivers and similar) remain yours; you give us permission to store them only to provide the sync feature.

5. No warranty, limited liability

PITWALL is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without any promise that it is accurate, always available or fit for a particular purpose. Do not use it for betting or any decision where an error could cause loss. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (which is nothing).

6. Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms. When the terms change in a way that matters we will update the date above and, if you have an account, tell you in the app. Continuing to use PITWALL after that means you accept the new terms. You may stop using PITWALL at any time; we may end the service with reasonable notice where possible.
